By using independent-reviews.org (the "Site"), you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not accept them, please refrain from using the Site. These terms apply to everyone accessing the Site, regardless of their method of access.
Educational content
The materials available on Independent Reviews are intended solely for informational and educational purposes. They do not serve as medical, nutritional, legal, or financial advice. Please refer to our complete medical disclaimer. Do not depend solely on the content from the Site for any health-related decisions.
Intellectual property
All materials published on the Site, including articles, comparison charts, score data, methodology documents, glossary definitions, images, graphs, and the compilation thereof, are the copyrighted property of Independent Reviews and its designated contributors, unless stated otherwise. You are permitted to quote segments of Site content for personal or academic purposes with proper attribution and a link back to the original page. However, you may not republish significant portions, scrape data for AI development, or rebrand our content without written consent.
Trademarks of third-party applications referenced on the Site (MyFitnessPal, Cronometer, Lose It, MacroFactor, Cal AI, etc.) belong to their respective owners. The inclusion of these names on the Site is for editorial purposes and does not indicate endorsement or partnership with the trademark holder.
User-generated content
The Site currently does not permit user-generated content. There is no comment feature, no reader-submitted contributions, and no public reader forum. Should we implement a feature that allows user submissions, the terms will be amended to outline what readers can submit and how it will be utilized.
External links
The Site includes links to external resources, vendor websites, academic articles, hotlines, and third-party tools. We have no control over these external sites and are not accountable for their content, privacy practices, or functionality. A link to an external site does not imply endorsement.
No warranty
